The 14-day period
You may request the return of an eligible product within 14 calendar days of delivery. Mandatory rights, including any statutory withdrawal right applicable in your country, remain fully preserved.
Contact us before sending anything, stating the order number and products concerned. No reason is required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.
Eligible products and exceptions
Products must be unused, complete and in their original packaging. Where the law permits, a sealed product unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons is no longer eligible after opening. Opened food, personalised or rapidly perishable products may also be excluded.
A damaged, defective or incorrect product is handled separately from a change-of-mind return. Keep the product, packaging and clear photographs.
Return procedure
Write to contact@argatherapy.com or +212 661 642 061 for authorisation and the exact return address. Do not send anything to the shop without written instructions. Use suitable packaging and tracking.

Charges and refund time
For a change of mind, direct return costs are paid by the customer unless the law provides otherwise. Argatherapy covers a return recognised as defective, damaged or incorrect.
An accepted refund is made to the original payment method within the statutory time. It may be deferred until the goods or reliable proof of dispatch are received.
Status of this local copy
The basket and order are a simulation: no commercial order, real payment or shipment takes place. The stated period, exceptions, charges and return address require market-specific validation before publication.
