Description
In the kitchen
Stir turmeric into the liquid for a broth or rice dish so that it spreads evenly during cooking. It can also be mixed into the aromatics before vegetables and stock are added. Add a small amount first, as concentrated pockets of powder are harder to distribute later.
How to use
Stir into stock, rice cooking liquid or softened aromatics; mix thoroughly.
Care and precautions
Store tightly closed in a cool, dry cupboard, away from steam and direct light. Use a clean, dry spoon.
