Photograph the useful side
The name ‘nigella seeds and crystals’ leaves several questions unanswered. A picture of the back of the packet may be more useful than the front: it can show ingredients, a batch number and directions. Include it when asking us to identify this preparation.
The oil has different instructions
Black seed oil is sold separately. Its directions cannot tell you how to use the seeds-and-crystals preparation. Until the packet’s intended use is clear, do not improvise ingestion, skin application or a preparation to be heated.
