Forms and favourites
In this WordPress copy, the contact form stores the name, email address, subject and message privately in the administration, plus any completed company, product, format, quantity, destination and requested date fields. Newsletter registration stores the email and consent date. No notification email is sent locally. Favourites are stored in the browser. The basket and order are a local simulation: no money is taken and no parcel is sent.
To limit repeated submissions, the plugin keeps a counter for ten minutes against a key derived from the IP address; it does not retain the raw IP address for this function.
Cookies, audience measurement and external services
The examined Argatherapy theme and plugin do not load Google Analytics or include a consent manager. This check does not cover WordPress, other extensions, hosting or scripts added separately. Actual cookies and services must be checked on the production configuration before opening.
Purposes, retention and recipients
The Argatherapy plugin stores enquiries and subscriptions as private WordPress content. It sets no automatic deletion or retention period. Outside local mode, a notification may go to the configured contact address; the sending service, host, backups and recipients remain to be confirmed. Retention, recipients and future order processing must be described after validation of the real configuration.
